Screen Flickering After Updating to Solus 4.5 Resilience

Hello everyone!
I am running Solus OS on a Macbook Pro 2014 device. I recently updated my OS, and then suddenly the screen began flickering uncontrollably.

This is short dump of my device details:

What desktop environment are you using? Plasma? Budgie?

(I don't think I'll be much help to you myself, but I know that others more capable than I will want that question answered)

I don't run an Apple or Budgie for that matter but here are some common sense suggestions that might help.
Run the original 'Live' Souls from your install media. If the screen still flickers then it is likely to be a hardware problem. Faulty graphics card, overheating GPU or something like.
If you can get some sort of functional use from your existing install then try changing to a lower resolution and/or screen size. This sometimes works with graphics issues.
Try and identify when the screen flickers. All the time? After a while when eveything gets warm? When the mouse cursor is in a particular position? Also is it just part of the screen or the whole thing flickering?
Updates are coming thick and fast at the moment so it might be worth waiting until the next batch comes by as a fix could already have happened upstream.
Edit: Also it would be good to know what graphics card you have.

Had the same.
Installed the KDE ISO with 5.27
Updated then. KDE 6.1
While rebooting then, display flickered and didn't stop.
Switch off laptop and started again.
Since then, everything is and was OK.

After today's Friday update and a reboot, No flickering
