Got input output error and super block still. Trued to repair the image in Disks.

Somehwere i read to check dmesg (i think on an arch forum post) and theres tons of errors, probably a hundred after what you see, all red.
There’s a major issue with the journal.
So my understanding is, is that the drive has trouble reading and writing, or at least just writing.
I’m starting to think this drive may be damaged beyond repair. I’ll probably end up doing a fresh install on a new drive and copy pasting the contents back onto the new drive, regardless of the outcome. It’s strange because the SMART status doesn’t look too bad, nothing says its failed. Still trying to figure out how to do a RAM check without downloading a tool.
