Hello everyone! I need help with this for learning more about terminal. Today I was adding flathub repo to flatpak, but probably there was extra letter somewhere in the text accidentally and the text somehow moved in front of my user and computer name. It was similar to: flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub user@dell-notebook . It showed up like this even if you opened terminal again, even after reboot. Then I tried to add flathub repo again somewhat in this time it disappeard, showed up as user@dell-notebook (example) as it would normally, what could be the reason?

xfcelover, I think that has happened here too from time to time, just a glitch and if I remember correctly, it still runs the command on pressing return.

Here running bash in the gnome terminal, the shortcut Ctrl-L clears the screen. Next time it happens, try clearing the screen. You can then use the up arrow to repeat the same command. If that works, then it's probably nothing to worry about.
