Zenurik I'd check the upstream VSCode issue tracker to see if there's an issue for it, and if not create one. All that we've done on the Solus side is add a wrapper script to launch VSCode with the right electron arguments to launch in Wayland native mode, if that native mode has issues then the VSCode devs need to resolve them.
