For CrossOver, yes**. As far as my understanding goes, paid software will never be included in the software center. Which I think is unfortunate, but I understand why they would want it this way.
Crossover was fortunately not that hard. I just ran the .bin file in the terminal and it mentioned specifically that these libs were missing and they are in the Software Center in roughly the same name and version.
**But in general, no. You can use Snaps/flatpacks/AppImages as a hassle-free alternative to the Software Center. However I don't need much outside of the repo, so I haven't tried this much. But you don't need to search for libs when using these methods.
