How to install Gnome while on KDE?

Been rocking Solus KDE and really liking it but sadly Wacom tablet support is way better on Gnome, tested in a live environment and "it just works" while in KDE I'm not able to set it up....

Which package is the right one to install Gnome?
Ideally I would like to be able to switch between both at the login screen, but they use different ones so this might be a problem?
If so, is it a better idea stability wise to reinstall using gnome iso and just copy home folder over?

its not a good idea have multiple desktop environment, but you can do it. but its a better idea reinstalling from ISO
for a minimal gnome i think you should install gnome-session-shell but I'm not sure and you also need to install and change thing like sddm to gdm but the two display manger can login the desktop no matter what you use

having gnome and kde will break your desktop, it's better to do a clean install.

As for KDE do you have packages related to wacom installed? E.g. wacomtablet - Wacomtablet is a collection of tools for setting up graphical tablet in KDE. And others you may need like:

xorg-driver-input-wacom 
libwacom
